I received my Flawless 2 yrs ago for Christmas and I use it all the time! The people that say it's too slow are probably pressing too hard. You're only supposed to glide it across your skin in small circles to get the best results. I've only had to replace the batteries about every 6-8 months, so I'm not sure what that issue is. I love mine, and I get thick black hairs on my lip & chin. I really does the job.

I was disappointed that the hair removal was just below average. The problem is that it does not remove even a tiny hair without several attempts being made. Also, even though I order both the refills at the same time, they came a week later. The customer service representative that I talked to about the problem was unprofessional and discourteous. I am planning to delete this company from my email as a first time and last time customer.

I do love this product, it works very well on upper lip and chin. However once you remove to clean or even change the head it does not work well again. Does not last very long. But, because I love how it works initially I will buy another.
