I bought this prodcut for my mother who had a stroke and has difficulty keeping both feet positioned her wheelchair leg rests .
This cushion has been a big help and has made her more comfortable.
We use it mainly inside the house. It doesn't work as well on trips outside of the house

My feet use to slip off my foot pedals, but now, they stay in position, plus it works as a foot guard. I don't have to worry about hitting my feet because it works as a bumper.
