I have relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis, and this causes my legs to tire quickly and easily. I work as an Administrative Assistant at a daycare center, so I am running around a lot throughout the day. These are great with long skirts, and because they are sheer I do not have to worry about them being recognized as "support hose.". By the time I get home after work, my legs are not as tired or sore as they were before I purchased the support hose.

I have swelling in ankles and legs and this is the best compression stocking that I have ever had.......including all the expensive, prescription stockings. The knee highs are easy to put on and do not bind at the top just below the knee. The thigh highs stay in place but are more difficult to get on. These stockings haven't torn or run and do not "stretch out" and stay in place. I have re-ordered and will continue to do so. The sizes for ordering are accurately shown in the catalog.

I use two on one leg: firm support under with moderate support over that. I use it to help me walk more easily and eliminate leg & knee pain and weakness. I have to be carful to keep my fingers smooth and remove my velcro watch band, or else they will snag.
I also use a FIR knee sleeve under the thigh high support for extra support

I started to wear these thigh high support hose for pain and swelling in the back of my knee. My therapist reccommended that I wear them everyday for water retention causing swelling and a great deal of pain in the backs of my knees. I sit at a desk all day and these help me so much! I do need to purchase more I can see by wearing them everyday that the pressure of the sock gets stretched and they aren't quite as tight as in the beginning of wearing them.

Most mornings, our weakened elderly loved one just did not have the strength needed to pull on those stiff, expensive prescription stockings. However, can get your knee-highs on all by herself, and they are much more comfortable for her too. She wears them every day, which stops the swelling in her lower extremities, and that helps her maintain a more normal blood pressure. Thanks for offering these hard to find support knee-highs at such a reasonable price!
