It helps and is not noticable when wearing it. If a person likes to wear something that feels tight and they have a small foot this product is not for you, but other than that it is OK if worn on the outside of a sock.

I purchased this product for my wife, she is Diabetic and has tendon issues with her feet and arches. This product has helped her immensly with the pain she is having with her feet.

This arch support has helped me tremendously. Without it I find myself walking on the side on my foot to stop the pain. I use it off and on through the day at home and always when I go away.
