I have used a gel collar for neck, shoulder and upper back pain of FIBROMYALGIA for more than ten years.I usually use it cold, but occasionally warm especially when it is cold weather. I started out with one collar but my husband found out the collar helped his neck pain and migraine headaches so I ordered two more when I came home from work and my collar was not cold!(He had just used it for a headache),I Keep three of these collars in the freezer at all times as we both get more relief from cold, and of course it takes only a couple of minutes to warm it up if you want it warm. I have recently discovered it helps siatica nerve pain in my thigh, I just stretch the collar out on my chair and sit with it along my thigh, it stays comfortably cool for 45 minutes,Since they have reduced the price from $29.99 to [$] I think I will buy two more. Would have extra to use in more than one spot at a time when needed. THANK YOU for this great product that decreases pain without DRUGS!! The only improvment I could suggest would be to make the shoulder wrap on this page and use the thick gel instead of buckwheat in it. That would be great!! We have tried buckwheat wraps and they just don't work very well & do not hold either heat or cold good.
