The pillow provides the needed support, but it is really too small. It falls down between the back ane the seat cushion of the chair.

I wanted something to support my lower back when I sat in my lounge chair. This pillow does that but is a little small for this purposes; it slips down into the crack between the back and the seat cushion of my chair. My solution was to put the small pillow in front of a regular pillow inside a pillow sham. The regular pillow provides support for my upper back and the small pillow provides extra support for my lower back. The sham keeps both pillows from slipping into the crack. It works great.

I originally ordered 2 of these to use in my chairs and was a little disappointed, as I'm pretty big. Returned one before I tried it at my neck... Amazing. I'm worse than Linus and his blanket with this thing. It't absolutely perfect for keeping my neck at the right angle while I sleep, whether sitting or lying down. Since it has 2 folds I can make it "fatter" or "thinner"... just perfect design! Thanks for a product that REALLY helps!
