I first used one of these pillows sold to me by a Chiropracter. I really liked it but then I had difficulty finding them. They have been hard to find for several years. Glad Dr.Lenonard is selling them at about one-third of what I paid for my first one. My current one is worn out and ready for the trash. I Have had it for so long. Cannot wait to get my new one. If you have not tried one of these, do yourself a favor and give it a try. Great for the back and posture to help get a good nite sleep. No longer snore as much.
