When I go out on the town to shop or go to the cafeteria, it's nice to have a cane that I can easily and conveniently store. When I'm at the store, I can use the cane to fend off the young whipper snappers who come near me. At the cafeteria, I can fold the cane while I eat and easily access it when I have to go to the ladies room. The only complains I have is that sometimes the convenient rubber grip can slide and I almost fell. However the folding cane is a useful product overall.

I was dissappointed that this cane was not adjustable for my height. I am 5'4" and the cane comes up to my rib cage. I need it for balance and I cannot put my weight on the handle as needed since it is too high.
I will keep it on hand just in case in the car or in my purse for when I forget my adjustable (in height)cane. For that reason it is a good idea.

[...]. I ordered 2 canes 1 for me and one for a friend. Since I am a tall female, I ordered the male for myself and it is working quite well for me. Looks as though it is for lite weight use. They are very good looking canes - costs more at the pharmacy.

ONLY complaint is, it's not adjustable. Fits in my purse when I'm in a plane/car, restaurant, on a bus... whenever it's not in use. Handle is much more comfortable than Medicare provided cane.

I bought this cane for my elderly 80 year old father. He is too proud to use a cane but he felt comfortable with this one for support. He especially liked that he could fold it up with ease and that it was sturdy enough to get him around the house and walking out door with the dogs.

I purchased it for my sister , so far she hasn't used it because she underwent an operation that corrected her balance problem. From what I can see of the cane should be very useful. I tested it out and it seems to be very handy to use. I will keep it for future use.

I have recently had to depend on a shopping cart for balance and to relieve pressure from hip pain. I purchased the cane for a Texas vacation. I was absolutly amazed at the results. YES I still have pain, but now I use the cane to take the pressure when I stop to relax.
