I have an older Chihuahua and a new little puppy. The older one turns up her nose right now, even though she IS getting curious of the patch. My new little puppy has taken to it as if it is real grass! She loves it. When it is cold, I won't have to take her out in the weather. Which is so nice. I had it on my patio before colder weather set in. Now, if my older, more set in her ways, "I will do what I want" doggie can only change her mind, it will save us all from the cold!

This does not work. My dog has not used it at all. I don't know if there is some trick to get the dog to use it. Well my husband can always use for a mate for golfing. Don't waste your money on this.

Definitely did not work for my dog!!

My dog is trained to use doggie padding since he was 6 weeks old. I've not had a problem. When I put down the potty patch he used it to [*] on it but refused to urinate on it. The potty patch Tcauses a foul odor after just one use! the puppy can use the pads several times before there is an odor.

Puppy pads are better. If you have to handle urine and fecal matter from your pet. Very difficult to empty, hard to steady, and then when empting it goes everywhere.

Tried everything... placing him on it, putting treats on it, begging, pleading, etc and no way was my dog gonna use that pad....nice green color and looked inviting...maybe I should use it as a pillow?

I have two females that had a total of 10 puppies and I shocked to find 8 little puppy poops where they had gone on their own. I would not have thought that it would be this successful but it is.

When this first arrived my dogs didn't show much interest in using it at all. But after a couple of weeks they (I have 4 yorkies) are all using it. I love it and am going to buy another for our weekend house.
