Disgusted with my flabby upper arms, I stumbled upon Shake Weight. At only six minutes a day, it was perfect for a non-gym rat like me! And you can feel the buzz in muscles in your back, chest, and most of all (for me) upper arms.I love the design, too: classic yet stylish.

The way it looks in the ad on TV it is motorized and helps reduce the flab in your upper arms. I did not read anywhere until I received the item that it was not motorized. If that is the case, I can go [...] and buy a weight and do the same thing this one will do at a lower price.

The reason I got it is because like a lot of older people when we get some age on us our arms get quite flabby. I am trying to firm them up. Have not used long enough to see any results but it definitely is working. My arms were a little sore at first but are getting used to it.

I live in LA and work at a fashion magazine. I love fashion but never felt confident with my arms to pull off anything sleeveless. I was always stuck in long sleeved blouses or cardigans.
