Now I can cook without fats and oils which means that my air filters stay clean, the house doesn't end up with the fried food smell that is so difficult to get out, and the walls will stay cleaner longer.

I ordered the 10" and didn't see the seasoning suggestion, so didn't do it - used it and was perfect. Then I ordered the 12" one and saw the seasoning instructions, and did it - it said to do it a couple times a year, so I did it to my 10", and now everything sticks to it. What did I do wrong? I love it if it just wouldn't stick. If I spray it, it doesn't stick as much, but after you turn the meat or eggs, then they stick sometimes.
