I bought these for my 96 yr. old mother with lower back pain...I noticed she walked with her feet going inward(Supination, she tells me that they are really helping her back and releiving some of the pain.....it must be working, she still has them in her shoes..also bought a pair for my sister, haven't asked her yet..product does work...moms very hard to please.

I have a tendency to walk on the inside of my shoes causing them to wear out very quickly. I started to use these to specifically to stop this and save me the pain I have from all day use. The only draw back is getting use to the extra height of the insert.
