I was unable to wear this because it was too big for my wrist. It is better suited for someone with large wrists or for men. It is a nice bracelet; just to big.

Bought it thinking no way it would work. After a sedentary 6 mos have painted the living room and started several other projects since I started wearing it. Don't know how a rubber bracelet could make a change but won't complain.
