      Overall this item is much better than any other ones I have purchased in that same price range. It's obvious to me that it was created with a big size body in mind which is not the case for me. I can wrap 2 pairs of my hips in this sauna belt. It should have a few Velcro tags for at least 3 sizes adjustment. SM-M-Lg. Other than that it is doing what it is supposed to do; make you sweat.

          This belt is hooked up to where the three pieces can't be separated, as shown in the picture.
          The parts are so large, it can't be size to arms, or thighs.
          I really wasted my money!!!
