I would have to say I was very distrought when I found out mail lost my purchase. Item paid for and no item. I wrote company and mail and was getting no response. Then finally got threw to company and they said with no hesitaion a replacement purse would be sent to me with out having to hold on letter from post office saying they lost the item. I was very releaved and greateful thank you

This is my work purse. It holds everything I need and then some! One of the zippers broke after a year and a half of "hard" use so I ordered two more so I could have a spare. The outside pockets keep everything I need easy access to at my fingertips. I have a large wallet which this purse accommodates and I can even carry my kindle in it.
