Tried it under the knees...too small, not enough support. Behind the neck....uncomfortable without some kind of cover. Just didn't fit my needs. Someone else may have better luck...just wasn't for me.

I love this pillow. I've had neck surgery, and it really helps me rest better. When my lower back hurts, it works great to support it as well. It'a also great to put behing your back when traveling.
