Out of the box the cane was fantastic. It helped me maintain balance. I was extremely pleased with it.

Within one week, the pivot foot detached from the cane, rendering it useless. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this cane to anyone.

I am very pleased with this. More stable than an ordinary cane. Works well on both even and uneven ground. Highly recommend. I love the fact that it is lightweight but can handle a large woman like me.
