I can't think of any cons about this product. Had two but got damaged in shipping. Not the fault of the product. It's great for taking clothes out of the washer, changing light bulbs just out of reach. I love the lock kdevice. I hang them in the closet. Put the grabber part over the rod, close & lock in place. Easy!
