      I broke my back in May. When it was time for my next X-ray in September, it was discovered that although my back had healed as well as it was going to heal, my entire lower back was a mass of arthritis. The doctor suggested that support belts might help control the pain. I bought several from different sources to see which worked best and least well. This is one of the better ones, and does help control the pain.
