            I have a wide foot with a very high instep, and although I ordered the widest size available, I cannot zip the zipper more than halfway up because my instep is far higher than the shoe. With the zipper left only partially zipped, I find them comfortable for everyday use. I would recommend these if you have a normal type of foot.

            I use these around the house and neighborhood. My feet swell so i can zipper more or less as needed. I would have liked a little more cushion but it is not too bad because the shoe has s really flexable rubber sole. They are also roomy enough so that I can insert a foam inner sole, if necessary in anticipation of a long walk. please note that I am a tenderfoot who cannot wear just any shoes.
