I liked everything about these boots except the soles and lack of insoles. The soles of these boots are made of rigid rubber which makes walking on hard floors uncomfortable after a while because there is no "give". I added a pair of good insoles to them and it made a huge difference in comfort so I kept them.

I bought these boots for my Mom, who is very pleased with their style and comfort. She wears them daily because they are "so warm." No more complaints about keeping her feet warm when she's has to travel in cold weather. The boots are durable and the zippers makes it easy for her to put them on or off.
