Found this product best for use on my feet. Still had to use emery board on my fingernails as the cone emery for hands is not shaped as finely as I would have liked. Overall a good value for the money.

You have to acclimate to using it since it is a rotating file or emory disk, but once you get the feel for it, you can file those rough toenails down pretty quickly (even with limited motion from a bad back).
