I am going to return the heater back

Expectations were not fulfilled, since the size of the heater and heater's autocontrol are not justified irrational. Size of heating pad is too big to make heating compresses for individual bodies and for small areas of skin. However, the size is too small to warm the whole body or limbs. The controller turns off the heater suddenly and unpredictably, and does not include it, even when heater becomes completely cold. The 40-minute shutdown that has been promised instruction is not executed. I am going to return the heater back as unnecessary.

This extra large heating pad is great.I use it for back and neck pain and it is large enough to cover the area needed I have been searching for this in stores and could not locate one thanks to Carol Wright I have found it and and works very well
