I use this to cut my husband's hair. It really works well. No more hair all over me, my husband or the floor. It really catches the hair and also the velcro tab at the neck keeps any hair from going down his neck. I just carefully take it off him when we are done and dump the hair outside. So glad I bought it!

I wanted to use for my husband and kids. My husband has wavy hair and cut short. In that case, I can use my fingers to catch his hair, so I didn't really need it. But when I tried it to my kids, it didn't fit because I couldn't adjust for their neck. Also the wire that holds umbrella is not strong enough to stay straight.

The picture looks enticing, & I was looking forward to a less of mess to clean up, but when I used it for the very first time I could not get it to stay like a "pocket" so that it could catch the hair. It is very flimsy and is nothing like the product states. It is more like a cape to keep the hair off your shoulders, then the hair falls down to the floor. After use it does not fold up and takes up a lot of space to store. To the trash it goes!
