My Dad and Grandad had razors like this and I'm glad to have it. Especially for the price. There are places to by a classic razor like this but they tend to run over $50.00. I do not regret buying it but a single blade razor just doesn't shave as close as two blades. Later in the day I find a spot the razor didn't get as close. That might frustrate you. It's also heavier than a plastic disposible razor. The first time you pick it up you'll understand. Good deal for the price and brings back good memories.

this double edge razor works great!! Have no problems with it at all. Gives a very close shave and stays sharp for quite a while before razor needs changed. Love it!! Definitely would recommend this double edge razor to anyone that uses a regular razor. The regular disposable razors have nothing on this!! Awesome!!
