I cut them down to fit in various shoes and boots used in the winter. They are very comfortable and keep my feet warm and comfortable. A little difficult cutting down to size but perfection is not required.

I have a heart condition and my feet stay cold even in summer. With these insoles my feet are warm for the first time in years. Very soft, easy to cut and fit, wash well...but dry naturally, and warm.

              Comments about Insoles:

The original size is REALLY BIG. This can fit even the biggest feet for women or men! This comes in a ziploc with a manual. FYI: The "fur" sheds after you cut it.

              Basically, the steps are:
              1) PLACE - the insole (foam side UP) under your shoe.
              2) TRACE - very closely with a sharpie or pen (be careful not to mark your shoes)
              3) TRIM - cut the traced outline.

              Tips:
              - Your placing the insoles INSIDE the shoe, so trace as CLOSE to the shoe as possible (without marking your shoe!)

              - Also, since your placing it inside, you need to actually CUT SMALLER than what you traced.

              - I put these inside my flats, and I noticed that even though I already cut them SMALLER than the outline, they are very tight & crampy near the TOES...So what u do is, CUT a lil more foam where your toes go

              - You can also just put these UNDER your HEEL, and cut a lot more foam (to elevate height a little bit? or just to warm your heels if they get cold)

              - Trim near the EDGE, so you don't waste any foam. I have small feet (size 6), so I had some left-over which I saved...I can use the little piece left-over either just for my toes or heels or watevs...

              - As I previously mentioned, the "fur" sheds after you trim it to size. To prevent shedding, run your fingers around the cut edges B4 inserting into shoes. Don't exactly pull it, just "massage" the "fur" that's gonna fall out anywayz and take them out b4 they fall out.
