this is a good product. the first time i used it i could tell a difference. it doesnt taste great but oh well. just wish they would include a mouth tray. that would really make it easier. i have applied it both with a qtip and brush. i guess the qtip is the least messy. then after i am done i brush my teeth and that gets all the taste away. am ordering more.
