DON'T BUY!! Magnets don't work and it moves all over the place. The item needs a long 'lip' to sink into the grooves between the stove/counter top in order for it to work properly along w/ getting better magnets to hold onto the oven. I'll never buy this item again!

The magnets are a joke, not strong enough to adhere to metal. I had to buy a roll of double back sticky tape to tape strip to counter, Cheap grade of plastic. It took your company 6 days to fill the order and 15 business days to ship it. Your service is ridiculous. I would send the item back for a refund, but not worth the postage or hassle.
