the plastic hose came with a bent in it and when the vaccum was on the plastic collapsed and nothing could be picked up

I was very disappointed with this item. It does not hold its shape when the vacuum is turned on. Difficult to work with. Not happy with this item. Do not understand why the end that is to be cleaning the dryer vent is not solid.

The part that goes to the vacuum is good but the hose is too flimsy so it collapses when you turn on the vacuum from the pressure. It might work with a cheap vacuum but not a Dyson.
