I got the Orgreenic pans as a Christmas gift and I love them! I've never had anything stick to them. I once got busy and forgot I was making a grilled cheese sandwhich and it burned bad but it never stuck to the pan and the clean up was a breeze. I don't think food like eggs would slide off but they definitly don't stick. I use a little Pam and that's it. No oil at all.

The Outside of the pans are quality stainless steel with a special internal Iron-steel bottom layer that is magnetic so it works with induction heaters. The fired (1500 degF curing process)ceramic enamel non-stick surface is far superior to all PTFE and other non-stick coatings as the firing process permanently melds the ceramic coating to the steel pan. Just a touch of oil to season the surface of the pan and its non-stick surface performs excellent up to very high temperatures. With care these pans truly would make it a life time.
