    I feel I was unable to express exactkly what I wanted to happen after dealth... there was no room to be spacific on who gets what... no where to put funeral wishes... no where to add final wished or a testimony at all... just not what I thought it was at all and will not be submitting this 2 page form to my attorney.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
