I have to sleep at an angle and thought this would be perfect. It was flat and misshapen after a couple of nights. Plus, finding a cover that would fit it is difficult and/or expensive. Even though I'm a small person,(5'7"/110 lbs),I felt if I moved, I would just 'fall' off it. For a larger person, I imagine it would be very uncomfortable. Invest in a couple of firm king size pillows instead.

I just had triple bypass surgery in october 2012 and i bought this pillow and it actually helped a lot with my pain i could lay back and relax not like regular pillow it has flaps and a neck support very comfortable pillow after surgery :)
