I bought another one of these as I realized that the one that I had was doing its job perfectly! Keeps all kinds of pests from eating my hostas plants (among others). I am going to place the other one in another spot. This owl will scare anything away!

I hung the guard owl by my new hostas plants and not one rabbit has come to dine on them like they have before. Also, my dogs are afraid of this hanging "creature". Chipmunks have stayed away too! I'm getting another guard owl for another area that I have that needs "guarding". Great design and product.

This is a thin sheet of reflective material with grommets top and bottom plus a small weight at the bottom. Hooked to a 6' shepards hook. Light winds the first week and the owls tore thier grommets and fell on the ground. No wind stronger that 10 mph. Very poorly made.
