VORTEX works

Comments about Electronic Insect Trap:

While the VORTEX works and has captured all kinds of flying critters in the trap, the Battery Life is horrible.

Can barely get 1 nights operation out of Top Of The Line Alkaline's (including Enegizer's the bunny is DOA after 8 hours of use).

Purchased 2 units, they work, but without a wall adaptor you not going to be safe, all night, in your tent.

Unfortunately, they run on 6 Volts DC, would suggest the Manufacturer change that to 12 Volts DC so you could hook them up to a conventional camping DC power supply.

If you are going to have an evening Cook Out the system might work well for you, if you intend to operate them for more then a Few Hours on Internal Battery Power Good Luck!

Typical As Seen On TV Product, over priced, under engineered, but performs as advertised.
