I haven't used it much because it causes my leg to swell and makes it more uncomfortable. I find it a little tight and it could have been made of a lighter more stretchy elastic. Not all womens legs are the same size.

I ordered a men's size for my normal sized teenage daughter because the other reviews said they were tight. Even the men's size was too small to even get it up to her knee! I had to cut it and add 3 inches of ace bandage material to make it usable.
