    I bought one for myself and my husband. We both suffer from pain. It does seem to help with arm pain and seems to give a little extra energy boost while grocery shopping. It is easier to have someone clasp it for you, but can be clasped by yourself if needed. I am very pleased with the magnetic bracelet and am ordering both of us another one today!
