I used to have to wear braces on both hands/wrists due to pain from arthritis.I was told to wear copper by an navahoe indian.I tried it,it worked.Off came the braces for over 28 years.The down side was a regular braclet can get caught on things and pull tendons in your hand.That's what is great about this product.If that happens,they will come off before damage is done.I'm grateful for them.They made it possible to hold my kids over my head and hear them laugh.

I find great relief from this product without taking "stuff" for pain. Works so well I have to wrangle it from my 15-year old who often gets writer's cramp - it helps her too. I'm ordering another one with the ring.

I've been wearing it on left wrist with balls on palm-side, but I don't know if it's right, nor do I know if I should wear it 24/7 or in intervals; or how soon I should expect to notice improvement. I wish directions had come with it
