It is simple to use, you can do it while brushing teeth, fixing your hair, etc. only minutes a day gives benefits and peace of mind, especially when being out all day having fun, even if you are running after the grandkids!

I bought this product hoping it would help with bladder control. It is not easy to use but I haven't given up on it yet. I don't use it like I should because of the frustration with it falling constantly.
