I am not satisfied with this product. The size I ordered was too big, and I wear a size 7. I would recommend that you order a smaller size.

The SANI-PANT Waterproof Cover-Up Briefs are great to use over briefs or diapers at bedtime, to protect against leaks! The briefs I wear to bed needed something to protect against leaks and dampness from the briefs, and the SANI-PANT Waterproof Cover-Up Brief works perfectly! Saves on washing bedding after leaks or dampness. It is machine washable as well, I wash on cold delicate and tumble dry low to be ready to use the following night. I would recommend washing before use, as it does have a strange smell to it, but it's plastic, so that's expected. They're noisy as well, after a couple washes, and using them a few nights, you will get used to it. Especially if you wear pajama pants over them, you won't be bothered by the noise. I would recommend buying more than 1, especially if you need them every night. I am going to buy a couple more, so I have extras. And, might want to consider a size up, since these do go over your current briefs or diapers. I wear a size M in briefs, and bought a size L in the SANI-PANT Waterproof Cover-Up Brief, and they fit perfectly, except a little big at the top, which I just roll over to feel a snug fit around waist and legs. Great choice!

my aunt is a heavy bedwetter and even high absorbant underwear are not enough protection against leakage. The pants keep the bed linens and her outside clothes dry. They are definitely a must for her overnight needs.
