Didn't hold a charge - just for a few minutes. Seemed like cartridges were empty - I'd get one or two puffs then nothing. WHEN it worked - it was awesome, unfortunately, the whole system/all refills would equate to maybe one cigarette. Exchanging for another one - hopefully it will work better. Size was great - nice and small - like a real cigarette.

I started a quit smoking medication. Day 7 I laid down my cigarettes and craved them more and more! I use non-nicotine Smoke Assist and it has been a lifesaver for me. I am not tempted to buy a pack of cigarettes anymore. Smoke Assist has satisfied my need and I will continue to use this product! I just wish I could get more uses out of each refill. It charged fine for me and never takes more than an hour for a new charge. Thank you Smoke Assist for all of the extra help.
