It is easy to use, but I don't feel that it is very effective. It will remove lose particles with it's fairl good vacuum, but afterwords the is still wax left in the ear.

I was a little bit leary of this product until I got it. It's amazing and so easy to use even with the little tots running around. It's very gentle even on the most sensitive of ears. Well worth the price and highly recommend to anyone with wax drainage or build up in ears. It works great!
