This product has done wonders for my knees and hips!
It goes along way correcting the way I walk and stand. I have several pair, one for each pair of shoes. The only thing that would make this better is something to keep it from sliding around. I found in shoes where there is any extra room in the heel, the cups start to slide to the outside.

Due to once broken ankle, my heel rolls outward. This product does not hold the foot in place. It is not sturdy enough.

I found the gel heel cups very helpful and ordered a pair for my son who has back problems. We both have problems with outer wear on the heels of our shoes, as well, and the heel cups do seem to eliminate this.
