I lost 5 pounds the first week by only taking one pill a day! I continue to see the positive effects! My waist looks smaller, my clothes fit better, & I have tons of energy w/o any negative side effects. The extra energy has allowed me to start exercising again after many months. I look & feel better than I have in a long time! I rarely write reviews. But this product deserves a standing ovation! I have tried many different supplements & nothing else has worked for me. Some of the other products I have tried were very expensive & did not even have one tenth of the positive effects this product has had. I am a believer in Raspberry Ketone!
