          I take 1 pill before breakfast ,then eat a light breakfast. I don't get hunger all day. Then at 5 I take my second pill and eat a light dinner. 1 hour before bedtime I eat a Jello Cup, Carrot Sticks etc. and in last 6 weeks I've lost 30 lbs. I would recommend this product to any one.
