It is easy to remember to change my patch every 24 hours at shower time, it stays on the full time without falling off as I have experienced with other patches. I used the product everyday for 3 weeks and didnt lose one lb. It didn't work for me but it may work for you. The patch stayed on really well. I didn't have any problems in that area.. I just didn't lose any weight. Not even one lb!
