I either run on the elliptical or walk laps 5 days a week depending on the weather, and I wear this belt when I'm doing that. I also wear it when I'm cleaning house and doing laundry. Since I am exercising to lose weight I can't say for sure this belt is the cause. But I have noticed that since I'm not doing any targeted ab exercises and wearing this belt my tummy has gotten smaller. If you're just wearing it while watching tv I don't think you would get much benefit. But as far as I can tell wearing it while exercising or during serious house cleaning is definitely helping. I will continue to wear this belt with the hope that the water weight I'm losing with it continues to grow. I'm definitely satisfied with it!

Every morning I work out for at least a half hour or more on my Bowflex Treadclimber, and I put the Belly Burner on before exercising. It works great, and keeps the mid section toned up. I just purchased a second one, so that I can keep one on the treadmill and never forget to put it on.
