This is very good at tracking steps and distance. It gives you a choice between kilometers or miles which is nice. The alarm gives added security when walking in unpopulated areas. I also like knowing how long it takes to walk a mile. I like everything about it but I do think the calorie count is giving a low reading.

This Is A Very Good Pedometor It Works Very Well And It Makes Me Fill Safer While I Am Out Walking I Am In My 50's Now But I Walk For The Exerice To Try To Lose Weight. And With The Saftey Alarm I Do Feel Safer.
