This belt is hooked up to where the three pieces can't be separated, as shown in the picture.
The parts are so large, it can't be size to arms, or thighs.
I really wasted my money!!!

Easy to put on
The belts did not heat thoroughly
The two belts for the arms were way too large
Since Velcro was used as fastener, no way to adjust
