I Have A Bad Back But I Find This Easy On My Back I Work Out With The Rhythm Rocker 2 Times A Day I Am Wanting To Lose Weight But It Is Hard Because Of The Back Problems So I Hope This Helps

I bought this product because I have Fibromyalgia. I found that the seat sounds loose, not very comfy when using. I would recommend, but I need to add another machine for my arms and legs. PS, I never received any videos with my shipment.
