    I have several of these dresses. They tend to gap between the buttons, but I like to do embroidery so I used a blanket stitch in matching colors to sew the placket down about to the knee. Now it lays smooth, and is a wonderful dress. I have stitched down the button plackets on all 4 of the dresses like this; I just got another one and I plan to stitch it too. They slip over the head easily so the buttons do not need to open. I wear them often. Very cool in summer, flattering, modest.

          This dress is similar to the dip-dye, but not as good of quality. When I washed it, one seam came apart in a spot; about a inch tear in length. I did not put it in the dryer; a lot of my garments I air/hang dry. I was on the smaller side. It is just a bit cheaper fabric. Still cool, comfortable and easy care.
